Consultation Fee $300 (due upfront and nonrefundable)

This is an initial 1-1 ½ hour consultation meeting done in the space to develop the scope of work, discuss preliminary ideas & goals, collect important measurements, photos and any additional information for design development.

Design Fee Packages starting at $4500

Ready to proceed! A retainer is collected upfront and we will initiate design development that will include necessary drawings, material and finish selections (ie: cabinetry, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint, etc.) Design time, showroom visits, meetings with contractors and jobsite visits are inclusive in this service. (Material, Contractors, and Products are in addition to the Design Fee and the responsibility of the client).
