This is an initial 1-1 ½ hour consultation meeting done in the space to develop the scope of work, discuss preliminary ideas & goals, collect important measurements, photos and any additional information for design development.

Design Fee Packages Starting at $2000 per room

Ready to proceed! A retainer reflecting your project and scope of work is developed and collected upfront and we will initiate design development that will include necessary drawings, furniture layouts, needed material and finish selections, etc. Design time, presentation meetings and jobsite visits are inclusive in this service. (Furnishings, Materials, Contractors and Products are in addition to the Design Fee and the responsibility of the client).
